Complaints

This page allows you to make complaints about Class 1A or Class 1B material on Thundr or about other aspects of Thundr's compliance with the Relevant Electronic Services Industry Standard.

Class 1A material includes child sexual abuse material, pro-terror material and extreme crime and violence. Class 1B material includes crime and violence and drug-related material.

If you are currently in a live chat where harmful material is visible, you can use the in service report button (red flag) to immediately flag the content.
